Henna Brow Course

All courses are accredited by ABT allowing you to gain insurance

and start your new career immediately.

This is a complete and thorough course which will begin with an online pre-read manual, which provides essential knowledge to excel in this treatment.

Before attending your practical session, you'll need to complete a knowledge check based on the manual and submit it. This ensures you're well-prepared and have a solid understanding before moving on to your hands-on training.

Your manual contains all the knowledge required to begin an exciting new career.

You will learn:

• Introduction to Henna Brows & benefits of the treatment

• The history of henna

• Secrets to success for your business as a therapist

• Anatomy and physiology of the hair and skin 

• Health & safety for therapists

• Hygiene and sanitation

• Contra-actions, contra-indications and conditions

• Client consultation and record keeping

• Skin Test; how to apply and check reaction Materials and equipment required

• Materials and equipment required

• Preparation of work area

• Preparing the client for Henna Brows

• Creating brow shape and applying Henna

• Eyebrow waxing/ shaping

• Aftercare advice

• Knowledge quiz

The practical session is tailored to the students' needs, ensuring that everyone receives a hands-on experience according to their skill level. This is why courses are offered either 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 to ensure each student receives personalised attention for thorough learning.

You will use a live model, allowing you to practice and build confidence in performing the treatments independently.

Course Structure:

·       Home pre read with knowledge check. This is an in-depth manual. You will need to ensure you set time aside to complete this before your practical session.

·       Half a day for hands-on practical training in the salon. (up to 4 hours dependent on student numbers)

Entry requirements:

·       Minimum age 16

·       Patch test may be required

Your certificate/ qualification will be provided on the day as long as all elements/ skills have been met.

Your educator will remain available post-course for up to 3 months to offer extra online support or guidance. This means you can send images of your work for feedback or reach out with any questions or concerns with regards to treatment application.

A 50% deposit of the course fee is needed to secure the date. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days in advance to allow for the distribution of course materials and for the student to start their work.
